If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our products, send them back to us and get a full money back guarantee, or if you find that a product does not meet your expectations, please call us, and we will arrange for you to get a credit for the purchase of any other product listed on our web site.

Our refund policy does not cover shipping charges. Certain rules and conditions exclude eligibility for suspicious returns to protect ourselves against fraudulent claims and abuse of our return policy. Individuals or businesses that make fraudulent transactions or abuse our return policy may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Abuse of our return policy may include any of the following:

A) Consistent returns (3 returns or more).

B) Returning empty bottles or packages.

C) Regarding Non-Supplement returns (ie - Bath Products, Teas)

Customers returning containers containing less than 10 percent of the original product may be red-flagged, depending upon the reason for return.

Returns are judged on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we suspect of abusing our policies.

If you do decide to return your purchase, please return it within 60 days of your receipt for a full refund of your purchase price.
